BoConcept wins the Coastal BID sponsored ‘Best Retail Experience Award’ in the Bournemouth Tourism Awards
The Bournemouth branch of BoConcept, the Danish retail furniture chain, picked up the ‘Best Retail Experience Award’ in the recent Bournemouth Tourism Awards, an award which was brought to the competition in association with the Coastal Business Improvement District (BID).
Paul Clarke, Coastal BID Chairman and General Manager of the Bournemouth Hallmark West Cliff Hotel advised, “This brand new category recognises customer service, excellence and satisfaction from within the retail sector and the importance of retail tourism as an attraction in the BH1 to BH11 Postcode areas. The Coastal BID judges were incredibly impressed with the quality of entries and nominations for this category. We were delighted to announce BoConcept as winners.”
