‘Foodie Heaven’ is funded by the Coastal Business Improvement District (BID) and delivered by Discover Westbourne. The Foodie Heaven campaign is a result of market research carried out by the Bournemouth Coastal BID which found that 23% of visitors came to Westbourne for Grocery and 13 % for eating and drinking.
This thriving urban village is proud to boast some 50 venues where visitors can dine, snack or drink. An increasingly popular hub for diners during the day and evening, Westbourne’s unique appeal has attracted an ever growing and varied number of restaurants, bars, delicatessens, off licences, cafés and food stores.
During the month participating businesses will be enticing new and existing customers with their special menus, exclusive offer and events.
Discover Westbourne will be launching, throughout the month of June, a host of competitions with numerous opportunities for participants to win a whole range of food and drink related prizes. One of the headline prizes will be fish and chips each week for two people for a year at the popular Chez Fred restaurant in Westbourne!
