The Countdown to Christmas is already on with lots of exciting events and festivities happening in Bournemouth’s Coastal Villages. With Christmas just around the corner, it’s time to start planning your Christmas shopping. Online shopping may be an easy solution for grabbing those last minute presents, but there’s nothing quite like embracing the festive atmosphere and shopping in the Coastal area’s vintage boutiques, independent shops, high street favourites and designer brands!

Boscombe Market
Extra markets held on Friday 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd December. During the four ‘Countdown to Christmas’ weekends there will be market stalls on Sunday 27th November, 4th, 11th and 18th December, with children’s rides, family activities and free Car Parking in Hawkwood Road car park.
Westbourne
Over the Christmas period, local retailers who will be providing completely free of charge activities including, Letter to Santa, and Christmas card making. Many of the shops, cafes and restaurants have some fantastic festive deals on, including discounts, Christmas lunch offers, a free glass of Prosecco and more! Pick up a Westbourne Christmas leaflet available in the local retailers to get all the details. There will also late night shopping on Thursday’s in the Westbourne Arcade as well as other selected shops!
Southbourne
Southbourne is a fantastic place to do your Christmas shopping with a range of items on offer including beautiful houseware, funky furniture, quirky gifts, vintage jewellery and fabulous party accessories for those Christmas get-together’s!
When you need a rest from the retail therapy, visit one of the many warm, welcoming cafes, bars and restaurants in Southbourne, many of which have some great Christmas deals on including festive afternoon tea, tasting sessions and more!
