Fiona is the Head of Bournemouth Coastal BID. Her role is to ensure the five year business plan is delivered for 2017-2022. This includes reporting to the Board and also liaising with businesses on a day-to-day basis, listening to and engaging with them and helping promote their trading environment. Fiona has previously worked as a Solicitor and brings with her a wealth of business knowledge. She has also been the Chairperson of Southbourne on Sea Business Association for many years and has organised and run many events in Southbourne, including Shake and Stir and Frankenfest. Her real passion lies in promoting our local high streets and trading areas within the Coastal Villages.
