- Minutes of the AGM held on 17 November 2016
- Review of 2016/17
A presentation will be made at the AGM covering the activities of the Coastal BID during the period 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017.
- Election of new Directors
As per the Articles of Association, one third of the Board of Directors voluntarily stood down at the end of the second year of the BID.
The following positions need to be filled:
Boscombe one representative
Southbourne one representative
Local Authority one representative
Westbourne one representatives
Any “Member” of the Bournemouth Coastal BID Company is eligible to stand for election as long as they have paid their 2016/17 levy in full.
- Presentation of the Annual Report and Accounts for 2016/17
Resolution: To receive and approve the Annual Report and Accounts for 2016/17.
- Appointment of auditors for 2017/18
Resolution: To appoint auditors for the 2017/18 Accounts
- Looking forward
The Chairman will use this opportunity to outline some of the new activities to be undertaken during 2017/18, including ongoing preparation for the CBID Renewal ballot.
All BID levy payers are welcome to attend the meeting, however, only those who are signed up as “Members” of the Company will be able to vote/participate during the formal part of the AGM.
