Summer School 2017 – Footfall: The Dominant KPI?
Footfall is king! Many town centre managers and BIDs continue to live and die by their footfall figures with businesses, elected officials and the local press relying on footfall stats as a key barometer of success for commercial and community centres.
Summer School 2017, set in the local coastal town of Bournemouth, will adopt a dual agenda, in the morning celebrating success in both managing and increasing footfall, and in the afternoon, exploring the dominance of footfall as a key performance indicator, asking if there is a need to overcome an addiction to footfall.
Join us for the latest in a line of fascinating topics in with the largest network of place managers in the country.
