Free one-hour resort knowledge seminars for customer-facing staff, back due to popular demand!
28, 29 and 30 April 2015
The NCTA is staging three free Bitesize Bournemouth seminars aimed at all cutomer facing staff, not just in hotels but resturants, cafes and shops too. Seminars only take an hour, are fun and engaging and ensure employees know where the key attractions are, what’s on when, the latest news on events like Wheels and the Air Festival, plus some useful customer service tips.
They will take place in Bournemouth at 10.30am, 2pm and 4pm on three dates:
Tuesday 28 April 2015 at The Hallmark Hotel
Wednesday 29 April 2015 at the Miramar Hotel
Thursday 30th April at the Ramada Encore Hotel
Each session lasts approximately one hour and will start promptly at the times shown. Refreshments are provided on arrival.
