Owners of unique and special vehicles are being urged to register to join in the displays at the inaugural ‘Motors By The Sea’ Festival in Bournemouth. It takes place from 14th to 16th September 2018, with the main community-focused events on the Saturday and Sunday in Boscombe Precinct.
The Festival aims to deliver a spectacle for all car enthusiasts, whilst supporting the local business community and providing a weekend of free fun and entertainment for visitors and locals.
Motors By The Sea co-founder, David Jones advised: “If you own a unique sports, GT, classic, custom or race car or motorbike and would like to display it at the festival, the organisers would love to hear from you. We would also like to hear from any manufacturers and dealerships keen to display sports cars, supercars or vehicles that could feature in our “Cars of the Future” display. “Taking place at Boscombe Precinct in Bournemouth, the ‘Motors By the Sea’ Festival will showcase exciting exhibits to wow visitors – with an array of special vehicles from the past and present day and giving a preview of future motoring. The event will give local motoring fans a platform from which to show their vehicles, for mechanics and autoshops to demonstrate their talents, for automotive enthusiasts to network and gain knowledge from dealers, collectors and industry experts alike. We are hugely excited about the festival which we are hoping to extend to other locations in the area in the future. This year, however, we are delighted to be able to bring a new event to the popular seaside resort of Bournemouth.”
David concluded: “the Festival will also include an exclusive business to business networking event on Friday 14th September, hosted by local dealership, Westover Nissan in Wallisdown and a motors-themed dinner on Saturday 15th September at the Hallmark Bournemouth Carlton Hotel.”
The brand-new vehicle festival is being run and co- hosted by the Bournemouth Coastal Business Improvement District (BID) and apprenticeship training provider, Paragon Education & Skills
