AFC Bournemouth players Joe Bennett and Lee Tomlin gave their support to the Coastal BID ‘Sizzling Hot’ Autumn Campaign by taking part in a photo shoot on Bournemouth beach, sporting their ‘HOT for Bournemouth’ bags!
They were photographed with the P1 Powerboat, and P1 Aqua X jet ski, in eager anticipation of the Powerboat P1 SuperStock Championship finale. The race season reached a high octane conclusion in Bournemouth this weekend (12-13 September). Thousands of spectators flocked to the beach in the sunshine to witness a thrilling and tense affair as speed merchants tussled to be crowned champion. A fleet of ten P1 Panther race boats and more than forty jet ski racers took to the water, close to Bournemouth Pier, to serve up a feast of free-to-watch sport and entertainment.
Going in to the final round of racing in Bournemouth this weekend with a 16 point lead at the top of the SuperStock championship, Nick Williams and Martin Robinson in the Flying Panther boat did what they had to do to take the 2015 title ahead of their season-long rival Pertemps Network…
