Come back to Southbourne leaflet
The Coastal BID is producing a ‘Come back to Southbourne’ leaflet. This will be handed out to visitors on the day of the Wheels event, and include special offers from local business to encourage visitors to make a return visit to Southbourne. Special offers will be valid, on presentation of the printed voucher, from 1 June – 30 June 2015.

Window display competitions
There are two chances to win! Bournemouth Chamber is running a town wide Wheels window competition, and there will also be an exclusive Southbourne window competition. Window displays must be in place by 22 May.

Pavement stalls
Businesses are invited to place stall on the area directly outside your shop front. Anyone wishing to take advantage of this opportunity is asked to advise Bournemouth Tourism, giving details of your plans. (Food and beverage businesses may require additional paperwork). Applications from businesses outside the road closure zone who wish to set up closer to the event are welcome, and will be considered on an individual basis. Festival bunting
Free bunting, funded by the Coastal BID, will be available to all businesses on a first come first served basis. If you would like to receive bunting to decorate your shop, please contact anna@coastalbid.co.uk
Late opening
Why not consider opening your business later into the evening? With the supercars and club cars arriving from 6pm, stunt team displays, and live stage entertainment through until 10pm there will be a high volume of people throughout the event.
